The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk from Grand Prospect Hall. It is set in a mostly residential area close to Brooklyn for the West Indian parade on Eastern Parkway. the rooms are air-conditioned and have a great-sized bathroom with very comfy beds.

Location so close to the Brooklyn cruise terminal as well as a highway and metro station. Tidy and compact room provided with a king size bed & decent sized bathroom, a big flatscreen, cotton sheets...

The stay here was great for my next NYC visit. The location was favourable, in the heart of the city! The staff were exceptionally nice, ready to any request.

Newly constructed hotel, still clean from first uses. Rooms will be cleaned everyday if you don't sleep late. Next to subway station

Breakfast were not good, cleaners do not come back later if when first came we were still in room. Missed toilet paper and face clothes at some point.

We had a great time at this place! Everything was super clean and the staff were really on top of things. the airport was only 16 miles away, which was convenient. 👍

Good place for sleeping when you visit NY for city trip. Three blocks form metro station but it is isn't so far. This is just opening hotel, so everything is new one.

comfort of room, proximity to subway and convenience stores/eateries..complimentary wifi..

no laundry facilities,no ice machine, first night I had only a top sheet although once I requested it was given a blanket. Housekeeping would never return after the first knock to clean my room,therefore,several times if I left the room around 1300 I would return to a dirty room, this is not right as they finished shift at 1600

The breakfast here was good, they had real meat which was a nice touch. the staff is really helpful and cooperative! 🌟

It is a very good alternative to new york city centre good quality for a fair price we visited the city for 10 days and changed 3 hotels, the sleep in was by far the best combination quality price and it is close to the subway.

Altho small, and not suited to heavier individuals, the room was very nice, clean and otherwise comfortable, especially the puffy beds. No view, but we were only there after dark. Neighborhood a little "iffy"--- would recommend if someone just needs a space to sleep for a trip to NY-----------d j
